Built Up Roofing

Profiled built up metal roofing systems typically consist of a metal inner liner sheet fixed to steel purlins, and a cavity is then created with a metal spacer system which is in turn fully filled with non-combustible insulation.

An external sheet is then fixed to the top of the spacer system to close of the system and provide a full weathertight roof solution to suit the performance requirement of the building.

Built up roofing is typically assembled on site with the design and components forming part of a proprietary cost-effective and robust system.

Bespoke solutions can also be designed to suit specific project requirements.

Composite Roofing

Composite roof panels are formed with an internal core that is bonded between an inner and outer profile metal sheet.

The single component nature of these panels makes for a rapid rate of installation speed.

The panels are available in a variety of thicknesses, lengths, and colours to suit whatever the project requirement.

Strip and Re Sheet solutions to existing cladding

This type of solution is ideal for buildings that have old defective cladding that is leaking, rusting or the thermal and air leakage performance is compromised.

Whether it be replacing parts or the entirety of the existing roofing we have solutions no matter what the project requirement and this is Ideal for structures that won’t take the weight of an overclad solution.

Our team can advise on what systems will suit, whatever the budget, programme, and performance needs.

We can assist with updated EPC certification to ensure the building is compliant with the latest Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for commercial property sale or letting.

Over Cladding Existing Systems

Ideal for buildings that require an upgrade to the thermal performance and aesthetics but without the disruption of fully taking off the existing system.

We can assess the existing cladding system and steel structure and advise of a suitable solution that will breathe new life into your building without compromising the loadings to the existing steel structure.

We can assist with updated EPC certification to ensure the building is compliant with the latest Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for commercial property sale or letting.

Standing Seam

Standing seam roofs can be used on a wide variety of applications including complex curve shapes and large shallow pitch roof slope lengths.

The seams of the metal outer sheet are connected to each other using a specialist locking tool, thus eliminating any fixings and in turn allows for greater thermal movement than a through fixed system.

Through the innovative seams, this roof type is known for its concealed fastening system which gives excellent aesthetics.

Single Ply Roofing

Single ply is a flat, synthetic polymer-based roofing material that, as the name suggests, provides a waterproofing layer in a single sheet.

Usually supplied in rolls, the material is either entirely homogeneous or contains a reinforcement layer.

Sealed at the joints with heat, adhesive or mechanical means, it can be adhered, mechanically fixed and/or ballasted into flat, pitched, or green roof systems.

Single ply roofs are lightweight, flexible, cost effective, swift to install and safe, which makes them increasingly popular for both new build and refurbishment projects.

Hot Melt Roofing

Hot melt roof systems are buried applications that are suitable for inverted roofs and best used on a concrete substrate.

Although best suited to a concrete substrate, they can be used on a variety of substrates.

They are not UV stable and need protecting with ballast, paving or green roof finishes. Popular for new build projects, they are fully bonded and easy to install systems. In the event of a leak, water cannot track; therefore, it is easily detected and repaired which provides a great advantage to building occupiers.

Low Pitch Roofing Solutions

We can offer solutions for when the project requires a shallow roof pitch and therefore a traditional through fixed system is not suitable.

Please speak with our team to find out more.

Rooflight Solutions

We can offer all types of rooflight solutions from in-plane systems that fit within built up and composite systems, to barrel vault rooflights for use on standing seam, low pitch, and membrane applications.

Green Roof Solutions

Living roof systems are designed over a primary weatherproofing membrane layer which sits beneath.

These roof types are typically partially or completely covered with vegetation and growing medium.

They often include additional layers such as a root barrier, drainage and irrigation systems.

Built Up Cladding

Profiled built up metal cladding systems typically consist of a metal inner liner sheet fixed to steel rails, and a cavity is then created with a metal spacer system which is in turn fully filled with non-combustible insulation.

An external sheet is then fixed to the top of the spacer system to close of the system and provide a full weathertight roof solution to suit whatever the performance requirement of the building.

Built up cladding is typically assembled on site with the design and components forming part of a proprietary cost-effective and robust system.

The external sheet is available in a number of different shaped profiles, depths and colours to suit the project requirement.

Composite Cladding

Composite wall panels are formed with an internal core that is bonded between an inner and outer metal sheet.

The panels are available in a large number of profiles including flat, lengths, thicknesses and colours to suit whatever the project requirement.

Rainscreen Systems

A rainscreen cladding system is a form of double-wall construction that uses an outer layer material to keep out most of the rain at the point of origin, and an inner layer to provide thermal insulation and prevent air leakage.

This in turn provides an aesthetically pleasing, energy efficient and robust construction.

Available in a number of shapes, materials, finishes and thicknesses.

Rainscreen Remediation

We offer remediation solutions for existing rainscreen cladding systems including replacing ACM, timber, insulation, supporting structure, and cavity / fire barriers.

Our highly competent team can assist with initial budgets for the works, carrying out intrusive surveys and undertaking full scale BS8414 Part 1 and Part 2 fire tests.
